She has consulted on brand refreshes, web redesigns and social channel adoption, with clients as diverse as progressive nonprofits, political action committees, global health organizations, scientific foundations, and fintech companies. In addition to running her own ten-year-old design consultancy, Katie is also an Art Director at Streetsense, a global creative collective. She also freelances with Greater Good Strategy, a design-for-good agency.

She previously worked as a lead designer at EVERFI, an education technology startup. Over her tenure, she worked on projects for companies like the Minnesota Vikings, Facebook, MassMutual, and HSBC, in addition to internal initiatives. Before that, Katie spent a number of years as an in-house designer at NeighborWorks America, an affordable housing nonprofit. There, she created graphics published by Black Enterprise Magazine and HousingWire and designed graphics for a Telly Award-winning video.

She’s currently taking on new business, so send her a note if you need help making your ideas shine.
